**Sales Lead - Berlin**

We are looking for a Lead to join our Berlin sales team - you’ll get to see everything that
Techspace has to offer.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
The Sales Lead is a key role within our Berlin Operations team. Here, you will be responsible
for achieving sales targets across our Berlin locations; as well as supporting building our
sales strategy based on market trends & member experience in support with our Sales
Manager.

- **Pipeline Management**:
Using multiple lead streams, you will work to ensure your sales pipeline is filled with

qualified and relevant leads in order to hit monthly and annual revenue targets.

You are also required to identify companies who may be a good fit for Techspace and
- **Partner Relationship Management**:
You will work to build new and maintain existing relationships with commercial

brokers and referral partners and keep them updated with our availability and latest

offers.

You will seek to leverage these relationships to bring more qualified leads into our

spaces for viewings.
- **Brand Management**:
You will be an ambassador for Techspace’s brand and will look to further this brand

within the Berlin Real Estate market.
- **Qualification**:
You will be responsible for managing new business enquiries and engage in

consultative qualification exercises to identify their business needs and pain points in

order to educate them on our most relevant products and additional services.
- **Touring**:
Once qualified, you will conduct both in person and virtual viewings with prospective

members of our locations.

You will conduct a thorough needs analysis & then proceed to educate them on our

brand, offering and any relevant promotions and identify where Techspace is able to

add value.

You will feel comfortable handling member objections and using them as

opportunities to further show how our benefits and Additional services will

accelerate their business’s growth.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:
Once toured you will be responsible for following up with your leads and seeking to

find appropriate pricing structures that fit their budget and also hit our internal

revenue targets.

Upon reaching agreements, you will be responsible for drawing up new contracts

and getting member signatures. You will also offer expertise to the Community Team

on negotiating and closing renewal agreements.
- **Handover to Community**:
In order to ensure the best possible experience for both the member and the

operations team, you will work closely with the relevant building teams to hand over

all information and use excellent communication and expectation management skills

to ensure that the members needs and expectations are met upon moving in.
- **Reporting**:
You'll be responsible for keeping all sales data up to date.

Tracking pipeline lead probability, availability and occupancy.

Owning the reporting framework, you will analyse trends and pipeline drop off, best

performing sources, and advise the organisation in strategic sales decisions.
- **Feedback to Marketing**:
You will work with our Marketing team to ensure the upkeep of availability listings

and provide insight to ensure the spaces are appropriately advertised.

You will also give feedback to the marketing team based on Lead Quality, market

circumstances and qualitative feedback on marketing strategy that will inform our

campaigns, offers and outreach.
- **Finance**:
You will occasionally be required to work with our Finance team to ensure payment

terms that are beneficial to Techspace and serve our strategic Finance goals.
- **You’d be the perfect fit for us, if you**:
1-2 years experience in a B2B sales role; ideally working with outbound & channel

sales.

Experience building sales strategy, based on market analysis.

Drive; motivation & hunger to achieve great results, and will go above and beyond.

Affinity to management - if you have experience coaching junior team members, we

want to hear from you
Fluent English (German is also very nice to have - but not essential).
