Erbis is a software development company with offices in the US, UK, Poland, and Ukraine. The majority of our customers come from the EU and the US. We undertake project implementation on our side or augment the clients' in-house teams.Now, our team consists of 100+ IT professionals with expertise across domains. We help enterprises and SMBs create software solutions that make the world a better place :)

***Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives in the DACH region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new leads, and convert them into paying customers.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the DACH region.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of IT outsourcing trends and the DACH market.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales skills.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent German and at least Upper-Intermediate English level
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- At least 2 years within the IT outsourcing industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
