Tasks
**Verantwortlichkeiten**:
- Leitung und Erweiterung eines Teams von Inbound-Verkäufern zur Neukundengewinnung.
- Proaktive Unterstützung Ihres Teams, um Verkaufsziele/KPIs zu übertreffen und Konversionsraten zu maximieren.
- Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Ziele erreicht werden.
- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an das Senior Management und Unterstützung des Sales Directors.
- Durchführung regelmäßiger 1-zu-1-Gespräche mit Ihrem Team, um ihnen zu helfen, ihre Ziele zu erreichen.
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Teamleistung.
