**Kurz zu uns**: Von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Zeiterfassung digitalisieren wir mit Hilfe unserer Software die lästige Büroarbeit in den Handwerksbetrieben. Das spart Zeit, Geld und vor allem die Nerven der Handwerker. Möglich macht das ein Team von bis zu +80 super motivierten und talentierten Mitarbeiter: innen und gemeinsam arbeiten wir stetig daran, die Arbeitsabläufe der Handwerksbetriebe zu verbessern. Deine Mission
- Du hast eine tragende Rolle bei ToolTime und wirst Dein eigenes Sales Team aufbauen und führen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die persönliche sowie vertriebliche Weiterentwicklung der Sales Mitarbeitenden in Deinem Team
- Du agierst als echtes Vorbild für die Sales Mitarbeitende und hilft ihnen die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Du steuerst den gesamten Verkaufsprozess Deines Sales Teams - von der Kundenakquise, Terminierung, bis hin zum erfolgreichen Geschäftsabschluss
- Du erkennst Herausforderungen, definierst und implementiert neue Prozesse sowie Vertriebs Kennzahlen, die dabei helfen, das Team optimal zu lenken
- Du entwickelst, zusammen mit den anderen Sales Team Leads und dem VP of Sales, MRR getriebene Maßnahmen zur Erreichung unserer Umsatzziele

Stellenanforderungen

Dein Profil
- Du konntest mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Sales Team Lead in einem Startup Umfeld sammeln
- Du hast Erfahrung im Vertrieb von digitalen Produkten, idealerweise im SaaS Bereich, und Lust, diese Erfahrung an unsere Sales Mitarbeitenden weiterzugeben
- Du kennst Dich im Aufbau von Sales Teams aus und bietest Deinem Team stets eine vertrauensvolle Atmosphäre
- Du bist ein absolutes Kommunikationstalent, triffst immer den richtigen Ton um unsere Sales Mitarbeitende zu motivieren und um sie durch den Arbeitsalltag zu begleiten
- Du zeichnest Dich durch sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten aus und bist sicher im Umgang mit Vertriebs Kennzahlen
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und weist gute Englischkenntnisse auf
