We're looking for you to join the Customer Engagement team

**What you’ll do**
- You'll be responsible for developing the customer retention & transformation strategy for WOW streaming business
- As part of this, you have the Ownership of the retention strategy - including annual planning, segmentation, forecasting, analysis and understanding the key drivers of churn and deliver insights
- Part of your responsibilities will also include planning to help engage the base and reduce churn to deliver our long-term growth ambitions
- Therefore, you'll lead a customer transformation program which includes delivery of new Martech capability, oversee all customer base propositions and pricing, and leverage new communication tools
- You'll define the sport & fiction strategy according to the quarterly target
- You'll also shape long-term customer retention - delivery of near-term priorities/trading with longer term improvement actions to deliver strong retention outcomes
- Finally, you'll lead and develop the customer base team, focusing on a clear vision, sense of priority and common goal to serve our customers

**What you’ll bring**
- You've gained a university degree as well as deep experience in a subscription business with a clear understanding of active & effective management of churn dynamics
- Within the last years, you were able gain experience in leading, developing and motivating a team
- As of your passion for streaming products & content, you always know what content is trending, and can translate this into business actions & benefit
- You're very customer focused and have the ability to shape powerful consumer narratives as well as to identify customer pain points to improve the customer experience
- In addition to your strategic & data-driven perspective, you've strong analytical skills to process information from multiple sources and determine direction for optimization
