Head of Customer Retention & Transformation (m/w/d)

**Dein Aufgabenprofil**
- Verantwortung für die Kundenrückgewinnung im Streaming-Geschäft
- Führung des Kundenteams
- Sicherstellung einer effektiven und effizienten Umsetzung unter Berücksichtigung wichtiger KPIs (u.a. Verweildauer und Zuschauerbindung)
- Gestaltung der One-to-One Kommunikation - von der Strategie bis zur Umsetzung
- Planung und Entwicklung der langfristigen Wachstumsziele
**Dein Qualifikationsprofil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Engagement und mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in einem Medienunternehmen
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse im OTT-/Abonnement-Geschäft
- Strategische und datenorientierte Denkweise sowie analytische Fähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
