In this Client Services job for fluent German speakers, you will be joining the London offices of a global finance SaaS company.
Its market-leading due diligence app helps companies close more deals faster and powers the entire M&A lifecycle, through the use of data analytics and visualisation, insight, powerful search, and document organisation.
With over twenty global offices, the company is looking to further grow its London team after continued success.
**Job Description - Customer Support Specialist (German Speaking)**
They're a global, industry leading fintech with a cool, respected brand and they need people like you who like to tackle challenges and work with other smart people.
You’ll be dealing with some of the brightest of the bright. Helping them with the best of the best technology. Daily you’ll be talking to corporate executives, investment bankers, private equity practitioners and legal professionals.
This is a great opportunity to really flex your interpersonal-skill muscles as you lead people through using the most comprehensive technology in the M&A space. You’ll be solving problems too so, it’s a very rewarding job.
**Key responsibilities - Customer Support Specialist (German Speaking)**:
- In this German-speaking job, your responsibilities will include:_
- Provide product support by assisting customers with simple to moderately complex questions and problems..
- Assist in the creation and shipping of USB devices to clients within the EU.
- Assist customers in the setup and configuration of projects and features within their products.
- Capture all service requests, interactions and communications in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Develop knowledge of industry and customer use cases and workflow.
- Delight the customer through every interaction.
**Job requirements - Customer Support Specialist (German Speaking)**
- Fluency in English and German - both written and spoken
- A university degree
- 1 year minimum experience in client services or product support environment
- An interest in the SasS sector
- Strong excel skills
- Independent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
