Position Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will serve as a consultative partner to automotive customers, ensuring a positive experience by maximizing the value and benefits of our products and services. You will manage the industry relations portfolio to ensure our offerings are delivered as intended.
You will work closely with National Accounts, Product, Direct Sales, Marketing, and Account Support teams to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
Job Duties
- Acts as the primary point of contact for the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Customers.
- Supports wide customer base in both German and English language.
- Builds long-standing and successful relationships with Clients.
- Receives and investigates OEM issues, resolves them, and shares findings with the customer support team to enhance ongoing service.
- Handles first line of product support inquiries and collaborates with product experts for more complex issues.
- Works with sales, marketing, customer support, and product teams to identify customer concerns and recommend improvements.
- Communicates network updates and initiatives to OEM dealers and field representatives.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in German and English (Written and Verbal Communication).
- Experience in customer success or support, focused on implementing and enhancing account relationships.
- Solid background working with various clients and related company products.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong problem-solver and can resolve basic client issues.
- Attention to detail.
- Self Motivated.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Automotive industry experience (advantage).
- Within easy reach of Bonn.
