Deine Aufgaben:
  • Kundenbetreuung und -bindung: Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden aus den Branchen Telekommunikation, Energiewirtschaft, Handel, Immobilien sowie Banken und Versicherungen
  • Beratung der Kunden bei der Implementierung und Nutzung von Geomarketing- und Location Intelligence-Strategien sowie Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger und erfolgreicher Kundenbeziehungen
  • Durchführung und Organisation von Schulungen und Trainings zur effektiven Nutzung unserer Tools sowie Workshops und Webinaren zu neuen Funktionalitäten und Best Practices
  • Proaktive Unterstützung und Beratung: Regelmäßige Analyse der Kundenanforderungen und proaktive Vorschläge zur Verbesserung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse
  • Feedback und Produktentwicklung: Sammlung und Auswertung von Kundenfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktentwicklungsteam
  • Erfolgsmessung und Reporting: Überwachung und Analyse der Kundennutzung und des Erfolgs der implementierten Lösungen sowie die dazugehörige Erstellung von Berichten
  • Upselling und Cross-Selling: Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam
Uns begeistert:
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Geographie, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer oder mehreren der genannten Branchen, idealerweise im Bereich Customer Success, Beratung oder Vertrieb
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Geomarketing und Location Intelligence, Erfahrung im Umgang mit Geoinformationssystemen (GIS) und entsprechenden Softwarelösungen sowie Verständnis für Datenanalysen und Business Intelligence
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Eine hohe Eigenmotivation und die Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten rundend ein Profil ab
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
