This position is responsible for maintaining a positive customer service experience for internal and external customers, entry of orders, account and documentation maintenance and various customer service support as assigned.
- Support with ongoing daily receipt, entering and confirmation of orders in a timely manner.
- Collect customer account documents and setup new accounts in coordination with sales as required.
- Communicate with customers regarding their orders and coordinate with appropriate sales representatives regarding customer needs.
- Maintaining customer service, logistics and sales relevant records.
- Provide administrative support to Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Operations Specialist, including but not limited to: project support, documentation of processes and procedures and record keeping.
- Maintain an efficient and organized work environment.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or professional commercial education.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a customer facing role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Microsoft Office experience required.
- SAP or similar ERP Software experience preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to effectively deal with a variety of people ranging from patients to health care professionals, and internal customers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks quickly and effectively.
- Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- English and German (fluent in spoken and written).
