The Scanbot SDK team strives to offer renowned brands such as AXA, DATEV, and Generali the best mobile data capture and extraction software. We are laser-focused on our customers' needs - and that's why we need you to join us in our office in the heart of Bonn
To expand our Customer Success team, we are looking for an Intern\* Customer Success Management for a period of three to six months starting in September.
In this position, you will gain valuable practical experience in the B2B area of Customer Success Management in direct cooperation with our sales and management team. You will actively contribute to our customer journey, the success of our enterprise clients, and the quality of our solutions and services.

How you will make an impact
- You will assist the Customer Success Managers in various cross-functional projects.
- You will actively support customers in achieving their desired results using our solutions.
- You will help manage and solve our customers' questions and inquiries.
- You will actively participate in Customer Success meetings focused on customer management and aligning our overall strategy and solution offer with our customer’s goals.
- You will engage in projects around the entire customer journey and collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Engineering and other teams to create additional value for our customers.
- You will assist the managers in analyzing product usage and other data and present the results to the team and management.

We have put a lot of thought into what you should bring to this position.
- You are currently studying or completing your degree (Economics, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar) or have first relevant work experience and are looking for a new challenge.
- You are eager to learn and motivated to contribute to our customers’ success.
- You bring in a positive attitude and hands-on mentality.
- Fluency in English.
