**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Analyze business performance (market share, penetration, competitiveness, cost analysis, market, product and service strategy requirements), develop and implement business growth strategies for each short, medium and long term.
- Working with the VP of Sales, establish a regional sales strategy for Silicon Carbide, power and discreet integrated circuit products. To include pricing strategies and sales agreements that enable achievement of financial objectives.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the customer organizations as well as Coherent
- Establish sales plans for all key accounts in the region
- Evaluate and use reporting tools to track opportunities through the complete customer life-cycle
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
- Motivate team members, implement sales strategy approaches and plans, and collaborate with other department leaders to achieve organizational goals
- Develop team members' capabilities and train them to maximize each member's potential (product knowledge, communication skills, on-the-job training, etc.)
- Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings and performance reviews with team members (monthly or quarterly as appropriate)
- Responsible for guidance and direction of sales communications, marketing and building good relationships with customers to gain their trust and confidence in our products and services.
- Exchange information with each overseas product business unit as appropriate and maintain good partnerships
- Promptly report customer issues and requests to managers for resolution
- Contribute to the company's growth by complying with laws and regulations, encouraging the team, and executing a good working environment.

**Ihr Profil**:

- 10+ years of experience in Business to Business sales in Silicon Carbide or Semi-Conductor field. Built and managed a sales and service team in a company or industry related to advanced technology industry.
- Those with experience in Silicon Carbide and Semi-conductor business are encouraged to apply.
- University graduate with degree in Engineering and/or Business, advanced degree preferred or equivalent knowledge and experience
