Was erwartet dich?
Du übernimmst die operative und strategische Führung unseres Customer Success Consultant-Teams (Fokus: Upselling von Bestandskunden)
Du trägst Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung sowie das Controlling und Monitoring des Customer Success Consultant-Teams
Du kümmerst dich eigenständig um Konzeption, Gestaltung und operative Umsetzung von vertrieblichen Maßnahmen
**Du verkaufst unsere SaaS-Plattform an Bestandskund**: innen aus Konzernen und dem gehobenen Mittelstand ( >3000 Mitarbeitenden)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Account Management erklärungsbedürftiger IT-Lösungen - idealerweise im Bereich SaaS oder Software mit
Du verfügst über starke vertriebliche Fähigkeiten auf Enterprise-Niveau
Du besitzt nachweisbare Erfolge in der Akquise (Neu
- oder Bestandskunden) im B2B Umfeld
Du hast Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops
Du zeichnest dich durch eine leidenschaftliche und ambitionierte Persönlichkeit mit Führungserfahrung aus
Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Präsentations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
