**Wir verstehen dich eher als Generalist**: in und weniger als Spezialist: in Technisches Geschick und Trouble Shooting gehören zu deinen täglichen Herausforderungen - Sorgfalt und Besonnenheit in der Umsetzung und Interesse an Neuem sind bei dir selbstverständlich.
Als Systems and Database Coordinator liegen dir komplexe Herausforderungen und zusammen mit deinem Team löst du routiniert Systemfehler, stehst im direkten Kontakt mit den Hotelteams in ganz Europa zu allen PMS Fragen und bietest gerne deinen ‚first level support‘ per Chat, E-Mail, Telefon oder auch persönlich an.
Du trägst maßgeblich zum kommerziellen Erfolg unserer Hotels bei, indem du alle Raten in die jeweiligen Systeme lädst. Grunderfahrungen in dem bereich sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung.
Mit deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe, dem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein, zielgenauer Kommunikation und der Dokumentation von Arbeitsschritten bist du ein wahrer Teamplayer. Und mit der Pflege und Erweiterung unserer Wissensdatenbank trägst du zum Wissensaufbau innerhalb der Adina Hotels maßgeblich bei.

Ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell aus Home Office, Head Office und Hotel Office ist möglich.
