Wir beim Pflegedienst Helppy haben eine klare Vision: Die bestmögliche Versorgung von alten Menschen im ambulanten Bereich zu bieten. Um diese Vision zu verwirklichen, suchen wir eine herzliche und engagierte Person, die uns als Customer & Community Associate unterstützt._

**Das erwartet Dich in der Rolle**:
Deine Aufgabe als Customer & Community Associate besteht darin, unsere Kunden und Helfergemeinschaft bestmöglich zu betreuen und zu unterstützen. Du bist nicht nur für den Telefondienst zuständig, sondern nimmst generell alle Anfragen und Anliegen entgegen, um eine reibungslose und effektive Kommunikation sicherzustellen.

Du fungierst als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen den Kunden, unseren Helfern und examinierten Pflegekräften und sorgst dafür, dass alle Aufgaben effizient verteilt und bearbeitet werden.

Außerdem kontaktierst Du Bewerber für die Stellen als Alltagshelfer und Pflegehilfskräfte und führst neue Helfer in die Arbeitsweise und Abläufe bei Helppy ein.

Diese Vollzeitstelle umfasst eine wöchentliche Arbeitszeit von 40 Stunden, wobei keine Überstunden anfallen. Du hast die Möglichkeit, flexibel zwischen 8 und 9 Uhr morgens zu starten und Deinen Tag zwischen 16 und 17 Uhr zu beenden.

**Das solltest Du mitbringen**:

- Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder im Vertrieb
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse und Interesse an der Einarbeitung in neue Systeme (z. B. Zendesk, Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom)
- Bewusstsein für den Einfluss Deiner Rolle auf das Kundenerlebnis
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, da ein großer Teil unserer Kunden Deutsch spricht

**Ein Plus ist auch**:

- Ein Hintergrund im Gesundheitswesen, dies ist jedoch keine Voraussetzung
- Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in einem Wachstumsunternehmen
