**Commercial Launch Lead COPD (M/F/d)**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join GSK as a **Commercial Launch Lead, COPD (M/F/d) **focused on German Market.

It is a newly created role that involves a cross functional leadership, allowing you to establish GSK position in biologics market in COPD indication and set the foundation for the cross functional team to win in the marketspace.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Meet the high need for cross-functional influence and collaboration internally across functions to deliver results
- Create a strong leadership culture and ensure high level of collaboration within the COPD cross functional team
- Direct and drive the commercial strategies and deliver optimal sales and growth for strategic products
- Achieve and drive to exceed the COPD objectives
- Ensure appropriate allocation & utilization of budget/resources to ensure budget efficiency, in line with company policy.
- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence and Medical to define effective channel mix for products

**Basic Qualifications**:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Extensive years of experience in sales and marketing including leadership of large field force within specialty pharma
- Experience with turnaround challenges and performance delivery
- Brand Management experience including product launch
- German (C1 level) and English language proficiency

**Preferred Qualifications**:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- MBA
- Leadership capabilities to influence a group through managing change
- Demonstrated record in achieving results through others and developing team capabilities
- Experience within Hepatology spaced would be beneficial
- Effective communication and presentations skills
- Strong team player
