Expertise Lead Sales

im Tribe Sales & Customer Interaction Business Banking

Deine Aufgaben im Wesentlichen
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Einstellung von Vertriebsmitarbeitern und der Gestaltung von Vertriebsprozessen.
- Du leitest die Akquisition und den Aufbau von Beziehungen zu wichtigen (potenziellen) Kunden in bestimmten Segmenten und Kanälen (z. B. Gesundheitssektor), beginnend mit Kreditprodukten.
- Du entwickelst Prozesse, Ziele und KPIs für Verkaufsgespräche und -meetings. Du erstellst Standards, um Präsentationen für relevante Entscheidungsträger innerhalb der Kundenorganisation zu halten.
- Du wirst anspruchsvolle Umsatzziele innerhalb des ING Risk Frameworks umsetzen.
- Du wirst der erste Ansprechpartner für Deine (potenziellen) Kunden sein und eng mit wichtigen internen Kollegen/Stakeholdern wie Embedded Finance und Content & Campaigns zusammenarbeiten.

Anforderung an die Stelle:

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Leiter Produktvertrieb im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen
- Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Know-how in Business Banking-Produkten, insbesondere im Kreditgeschäft
- Teamfähigkeit und Fähigkeit zu selbständigem Arbeiten
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern sowie in der Prozess
- und Projektarbeit
- Vorbildfunktion mit hohen ethischen Standards und ausgezeichneten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute verbale Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere in der Stakeholder-Kommunikation
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
