International Sales Team Lead

At sonnen, we're on a mission to revolutionize the energy industry, and we're looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our team. As our International Sales Team Lead, you'll be responsible for driving growth and revenue across our global markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Account Managers to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and enhance brand positioning in key markets.
- Prepare for and participate in industry fairs and events related to e-mobility, PV, storage, and new energy models.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate the execution of new product launches, market entries, and services.
- Proactively manage escalated issues, including after-sales, technical support, marketing, customers, or processes.
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales and business development.
- Successful completion of university studies.
- Technical experience in storage, PV, or relevant technical/hardware expertise is a plus.
- Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.
- Deep sales understanding and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Fluent English, with additional languages a benefit.
