Mit diesem Mindset betreust berätst Du authentisch und ehrlich unsere cleverly Interessenten. Du identifizierst neue Geschäftsbereiche und arbeitest, gemeinsam mit unserem CEO an der ganzheitlichen Weiterentwicklung unseres Geschäftsmodells.
DU
- baust unsere Sales Struktur von Scratch mit auf
- verantwortest den Salesprozess von A bis Z
- optimierst bestehende Prozesse, baust dein eigenes Team auf und führst dieses durch leading by example
- arbeitest eng mit unseren Head Ofs/Team Leads aus Operations, BizDev und Customer Success zusammen
- hast immer einen genauen Wissensstand zu unseren KPIs, analysierst diese und findest kreative Lösungen sie zu erreichen
DEIN PROFIL
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sales mit Führungsverantwortung (B2C ist ein Plus)
- Du hast mindestens einen Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss
- Du brennst für Start-up Atmosphäre und hast Lust “Ownership” zu übernehmen, Prozesse zu optimieren und mit anzupacken.
- Du bist es gewohnt in OKRs, KPIs und Deadlines zu denken
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (muttersprachliches Niveau)
- Du hast ein Talent in Powerpoint und Lust gute Sales-Geschichten in Präsentationen zum Leben zu erwecken.
- Du bringst bereits erste Erfahrungen aus der EdTech Branchen mit (ein Plus, aber kein Muss ;) )
