**Summary**

This role ensures a coordination within Europe to support and guide Country TS organization to identify commercial opportunities, ensure equal understanding within the geography of the TS commercial offering and the service value proposition. It is responsible to deliver on the sales commitments and support in removing any obstacles that prevent a country’s TS organization to perform and deliver on financial commitments.

This role is key to ensure an optimized service sales process in each country, revenue accountability to achieve agreed sales targets and execution and implementation of agreed EMEA processes and initiatives remain with TS Cluster Heads as well as the reporting line of the TS sales positions.

This role will be responsible to indirectly coordinate the country inside sales organization, to design and implement the incentive program (SIP), to identify key performance indicators to monitor service sales programs execution and to lead regional commercial initiatives to power the commercial growth of service sales in the region in coordination with regional marketing and global commercial

It is an active member of the TS European LT and of the regional commercial task force.

**What you'll be doing**
- Coordinating the soft skills and service offering training for inside sales organization in country.
- Working closely with Service Marketing to align on new products offerings as well the pricing structure.
- Assign the level sales targets for new service contracts, warranty conversions and contract renewals and align with Country Heads to allocate to local inside sales team. Responsible to set SIP targets to TS sales employees.
- Monitoring the performance of sales versus targets at cluster level and setting up regular reviews with countries to provide support needed to achieve the agreed targets.
- Understanding country process gaps and needs, coordinating with Customer Operations and ensuring that sales process in all countries are in place and are followed.
- Drive culture of feedback to continuously improve sales performance.
- Recognizing the top performers from the countries to encourage the healthy growth attitude with clear sales rewards and recognitions program.
