Senior Sales Director

**YOUR ROLE**:
As a Senior Sales Director (M/F/d) SIMULIA you will be responsible for developing and leading our SIMULIA sales team. You will manage managers with 17+ salespersons to drive the revenue plan delivery and overall customer satisfaction. The SIMULIA sales team increases new and existing business by adapting 3DEXPERIENCE Simulation and classical SIMULIA engineering simulation products and solutions into customers’ engineering environments and product development processes, ultimately helping customers develop new products and improve existing products and processes.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Mentor and lead transformation within the sales team to grow revenue for 3DS
- Be accountable to execute, based on the 3DS value-driven framework
- Leverage the 3DS platform as our favorite channel for intimate clients’ relationships and align 3DS Ecosystem activities & deliverables
- Contribute and drive revenue delivery on target following the committed annual plan
- Support sales experts as part of the team to achieve their quota
- Define the GEO strategy and ensure it will become a field execution thru the sales planning realization
- Develop sales strategy and appropriate sales coverage on assigned territory
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or another related field
- 11+ years’ experience in selling simulation software solutions
- Experience in sales team management
- Willingness to travel within Central Europe
- Understand sales forecasting process in multi-nation company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German

The location could be either in one of our 3DS offices in Eurocentral, preferably in the D-A-CH region such as Munich, Stuttgart, Darmstadt, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Berlin, Hamburg, Zurich, or remote/hybrid.
