**DESCRIPTION**:
The Sales Director, Europe role is responsible for navigating a primarily greenfield geographic territory, from top of funnel activity & prospecting while effectively managing the sales cycle to a successful close

**To be successful in this role, you need**:

- Eagerness to directly engage top of funnel inbound leads as well as generate outbound prospect interaction.
- Ability to prioritize a greenfield geographic territory.
- Experience navigating a sales cycle from start to finish, leveraging existing internal resources within the company as well as assisting in the creation of new ones.
- Strong presentation skills for delivering virtual presentations to IT audiences, highlighting your ability to perform client discovery, communicate ROI and build business value.
- Earned credibility as a trusted advisor to both customers and colleagues.
- Ability to develop an understanding of industry trends to help position against competitors.
- Genuine interest in how an innovative technology like our client's has an impact on our customers and their customers’ data privacy and businesses.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director (5+ years) who will be focused on acquiring and growing new clients, and will work with the team to help accelerate our positioning and business in a number of verticals.

**Basic qualifications**:

- Fluency in German and English. Fluency in French is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of direct selling experience and a minimum of 2 years experience as an Enterprise Account Executive, selling complex technologies at the enterprise level to Global 2000 customers
- History of consistent quota achievement
- Examples of landing new customer logos
- Strong job tenure: history of displaying loyalty and perseverance through long, stable job tenure and positive career trajectory.

The Sales Director, Europe reports to the CEO and is responsible for leading revenue growth in Europe. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives off of a hands-on and high-impact role working closely with marketing, customer success, and the founders of this innovative technology company.
