Die Dr. Jens Ehrhardt Gruppe ist in den Bereichen Vermögensverwaltung, Fondsmanagement und -vertrieb einer der führenden bankenunabhängigen Anbieter im deutschsprachigen Raum. IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Betreuung von institutionellen Kunden
  • Neugewinnung und Akquise von institutionellen Kunden, mit dem Ziel, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen
  • Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung sowie direkte Berichterstattung an den Bereichsleiter
  • Durchführung, Verantwortung und Planung von Vertriebsmaßnahmen, Teilnahme an Messen, Events und Roadshows
  • Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen innerhalb des Bereichs, u.a. CRM Tool und Datenbanken
  • Mitwirkung bei Projekten
  • Reisetätigkeit
  • Schaffung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von definierten Servicestandards
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Richtlinien und rechtlichen Vorgaben
IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. abgeschlossene Bank-/Asset Managementausbildung mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im institutionellen Asset Management, idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Versorgungswerken und Pensionsfonds
  • Zusatzausbildungen wie CFA oder CIIA sind wünschenswert
  • Interesse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kapitalmarktprodukten sowie gutes Verständnis der Aktien-, FX- und Anleihenmärkte
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte sowie gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, Engagement, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit und Weiterbildung
  • Hohe Service- und Ertragsorientierung sowie Belastbarkeit
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute sprachliche und schriftliche Ausdruckweise, gute Englischkenntnisse sowie gewandtes Auftreten, Glaubwürdigkeit und Verhandlungssicherheit
