About the Role

Solactive AG is a leading FinTech company operating globally, and we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Institutional Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Institutional Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our index solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform our sales strategies
Requirements
  • Enrolled student in the field of finance, engineering, economics, or management degree with a focus on finance
  • Interest in capital markets and a strong understanding of financial products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • High level of motivation and a strong work ethic
