Die Aufgaben

* Proaktive (Weiter-) Entwicklung des Geschäftsfeldes "Medical" national und international * Pflege und Ausbau des bestehenden Kundenstamms sowie aktive Neukundenakquise * Aktive Marktbeobachtung -> Kontakte aufbauen * Erkennen von Marktchancen und Opportunitäten -> Ableitung entsprechender Handlungsfelder und Umsetzung dieser * Ziel: Entwicklung von neuen Projekten, Vertragsverhandlung bis zum Abschluss * Aufbau und Entwicklung interner Strukturen und Prozesse für den Medical Bereich

Unser Mandant

Unser Mandant ist ein führendes und stark expandierendes Unternehmen im Bereich komplexer Maschinenbau. Gemeinsam entwickelt, konstruiert und produziert man technisch sehr raffinierte Verpackungslösungen. Aktuell befinden sich die (internationalen) Kunden überwiegend im Sektor Lebensmittelverarbeitung. Nun soll das Geschäftsfeld „Medical“ als weiterer strategischer Bereich nachhaltig entwickelt werden. Aufgrund der mittelständischen Strukturen am Standort östlich von Hamburg sind kurze Entscheidungswege gegeben. Hier kann man sich einbringen; Verantwortung übernehmen und gemeinsam mit dem Unternehmen wachsen.

Die ideale Qualifikation

* Abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischem Schwerpunkt (Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik o.ä.) * Erfahrung im Umfeld technisch komplexer Systeme (Maschinenbau, Verpackung, Abfülltechnik) gerne im Medical Umfeld * Erfahrung im techn. B2B-Vertrieb * Erste Führungserfahrungen nice to have * Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift – weitere Fremdsprache nice to have * Strategisches Denkvermögen und Hands-on - Mentalität * Hohe Reisebereitschaft – auch international
