Lead a High-Performing Sales Team in the Medical Technology Sector

As the Sales Manager for mBCA Medical in Germany and Austria, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maintaining our position as a global leader in medical technology. You will spearhead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives, manage a dedicated team of professionals, and cultivate strong relationships with key customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing to create and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and performance management to a team of four sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team, ensuring they possess the latest product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively engage with clients.
  • Manage sales budgets and resources efficiently, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment.
  • Generate detailed reports to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, product management, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.

Your Profile:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field with a focus on nutrition medicine.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in sales of technical products within the medical industry.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for driving results.
  • Be proactive, highly motivated, and possess a strong work ethic to effectively manage projects and achieve goals.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and Austria as required.
