At GAIA we are building in one of the fastest growing industries now we are looking for a Account Executive, superstar to further grow our team.


GAIA is at the forefront of legal tech, offering a legal management software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Our mission is to simplify the complexities of legal processes, enabling companies to focus on growth and success. As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we are seeking an Account Executive (AE) who is ready to play a key role in our growth journey.


Start Date: As soon as possible


Your Mission:


As AE at GAIA, you will help us build and scale our sales operations from the ground up. You will work closely with our leads and close deals. You will work closely together with our CEO to further develop the sales engine.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Full Funnel Sales: Prospect, qualify and close mid-size deals.
  • SDR Collaboration: Work closely with our SDR Team who will help with prospecting.


Your Profile:


  • Proven Sales Experience: You have a solid track record in sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector, with at least 3-5 years of experience (including both SDR and AE roles).
  • Exceptional Communicator: Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Team Collaborator: Able to work closely with SDRs, product, and marketing teams to create a cohesive sales effort.
