Yourrole at KittlAs the PartnershipsManager at Kittl, you’ll be at the heart of our growth, drivingimpactful collaborations with influencers and brands. Your role isto build and nurture relationships that inspire and engage acommunity of graphic designers, ensuring successful partnershipsthat contribute to Kittl's global expansion.
Youwill work closely with multiple teams to execute partnershipstrategies, leveraging your expertise in influencer marketing andbrand collaborations. Your efforts will be crucial to Kittl’smission to become the leading collaborative graphic design softwarefor professionals.

What you'lldo- Leadstrategic partnerships: Drive and manage influencerand brand partnerships that align with Kittl’s growth goals, fromoutreach to execution andbeyond.
- Build relationships thatmatter: Develop and maintain lasting relationshipswith top-tier influencers and partners across different socialmedia platforms.
- Analyze &optimize: Track and measure the performance ofpartnerships and campaigns, refining strategies to maximizeROI.
- Sparkinnovation: Take the lead in transforming how webuild partnerships, always pushing for breakthrough ideas and newways to create meaningful impact and value forKittl.
- Collaborate with thebest: Work closely with our marketing, growth,product, and sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration andimpactfulcampaigns.
- Skilledin influencer partnerships: You have 3+ years ofexperience in influencer marketing and/or brand partnerships, witha proven track record of over-performance against clear commercialobjectives.
- Experiencedmarketer: You approach every situation with amarketing mindset, expertly integrating strategies and tactics incopy and visuals to maximize growth andengagement.
- Relationshipbuilder: You know how to engage, negotiate, andbuild long-lasting relationships with influencers and brandpartners. People love collaborating withyou.
- Strategicthinker: You’re able to see the big picture andidentify opportunities that align with a long-term vision whileexecuting withprecision.
