As a Partnerships Manager,you'll be a part of an ambitious team responsible for building andnurturing our partner ecosystem. You'll build close relationshipswith partners in your region to fuel Teamtailor's revenue growth ona global level.
We are looking for our firstdedicated Partnerships Manager for the DACH region. We have acouple of partners in the region and a local team in place, but wehave barely scratched the surface of the market potential. Yourfocus will be on building a high-performing partner portfolio andtaking partnerships in DACH to the next level. Regardless ofpartner type, you will work to consistently ensure newpartner-sourced opportunities and work towards mutually beneficialpartner collaborations.
You'll be a part of thePartnerships Team which currently has 12 members (soon to be 14)around the world, and you'll work closely with our Head ofPartnerships (Gabrielle) and the restof the team (Get to know them better on our careers page). You willalso work very closely with the regional team inDACH.
- Build and nurture a strongrevenue-creating portfolio of partners.
- Manageand build long-term strategic business relationships to createwin-win-win situations.
- Lead strategic thinkingon how we accelerate our growth through partnerships in yourregion.
- Drive revenue growth throughpartnerships in DACH.
- Work closely withcross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, andCustomer Success to identify and take action on partner needs andgrowth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain ahigh level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and ourapplication and service.
- Own and execute onpartner marketing activities within yourregion.

- Anintellectually curious, tech-savvy, competitive, confidentpersonality with strongly developed negotiation skills and acustomer-obsessed orientation.
- Awell-articulated and passionate communicator who's fluent in Germanand English.
- This position will be based inBerlin and will require a couple of days a week in theoffice.
