Mehr als Anbieter, über Maschinen, über 12 Millionen monatliche Besucher Als Maschinensucher-Experte und Markenbotschafter betreust du internationale Neukunden sowie europaweite Bestandskunden, pflegst und überprüfst Kundendaten, erstellst neue Datensätze und unterstützt Kunden bei der Verwaltung ihrer Firmendaten.

Tätigkeiten
  • Du wirst zum Maschinensucher-Experten & betreust als Markenbotschafter unsere internationalen Neukunden
  • Du bietest unseren europaweiten Bestandskunden jederzeit Kunden- & Serviceorientierung
  • Du überprüfst & pflegst die Daten unserer Kunden
  • Du erstellst neue Datensätze anhand interner Vorgaben
  • Du behältst den Überblick über aktuelle Qualitätsvorgaben für unsere Nutzerkonten
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Verwaltung ihrer Firmendaten
Anforderungen
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts-, Geisteswissenschaften, einem Sprachstudiengang oder Ähnlichem mit guten Noten
  • Du bringst idealerweise (erste) Arbeitserfahrungen im Bereich Service, Vertrieb, Qualitätssicherung oder Beschwerdemanagement mit
  • Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut in Wort & Schrift (weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil)
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent & legst einen selbstsicheren & diplomatischen Umgang an den Tag
  • Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Geschäftsmodellen & zeigst einen versierten Umgang mit Microsoft Office
