As Head of Business Unit (f/m/x), you will be responsible for managing our Banking unit, which is one of three business units at Tomorrow. You will develop and be responsible for the vision and strategy, ensure strategic alignment to company goals and drive the commercial success. In this context, you'll manage costs, design compelling business cases, and ensure profitability. You will also own and monitor key performance indicators such as contribution margin, churn rate, and NPS, and will analyze data to identify new business opportunities. In this position, you will work closely with different relevant functions (Product, Tech, Marketing, Data, etc.), the heads of the other business units and the management team, and foster the collaboration of the cross-functional Banking unit.
