Unser Mandant ist ein erfolgreicher Anbieter im eCommerce für Smart Home Komponenten und beschäftigt mittlerweile rund 100 Mitarbeiter. Seit fast 10 Jahren ist man für Kunden in den Bereichen Smart Energy Solutions, Home Security, Smart Light Management, etc, einer der wichtigsten Anlaufstellen.

Zur Leitung der drei Abteilungen Performance-Marketing, Partner Marketing und Creative Team suchen wir einen Head of Marketing (w/m/x) in unbefristeter Festanstellung.

Aufgaben

Sie leiten den Bereich und übernehmen die Verantwortung für Akquisition- und Retention Marketing Kanäle (SEA, Social, Display, Online-Video) in 4 europäischen Märkten, sowie für die Planung, Umsetzung & Strategieentwicklung.

  • Budgetverantwortung für den Bereich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem BI & Growth Team.
  • Erstellung von Roadmaps für Performance, Creative und Partner Marketing Team
  • Weiterentwicklung der firmeneigenen Visualitäten mit dem Creative Director
  • Überwachung und Optimierung von Kampagnenleistung mit dem Team und Initiierung der Optimierungsmaßnahmen mit den Channel Managern.
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotentialen Entwicklung von Lösungen für Probleme Prozessimplementierung
  • Management des Informationsfluss über Verantwortlichkeiten, Aufgaben und Ergebnisse für übergreifende Teams
  • fachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Entwicklung der Teams
Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Marketingschwerpunkt oder ähnliche Erfahrung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Marketing
  • starkes Fachwissen in den Bereichen Suchmaschinenmarketing, Display und Social Media, inklusive Bid Management, Tracking und Feed Management
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung, im Projektmanagement oder Sales, idealerweise in einer Agentur
  • betriebswirtschaftliches Grundverständnis, analytisches Denkvermögen und einen strukturierten Umgang mit Zahlen
  • Hands-On-Mentalität
  • fließend Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1)
