As we onboard significant clients following our successful $5 million seed funding round with leading industry investors, Edgeless Systems collaborates closely with top cloud providers such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Google. Our aim is to establish ourselves as the defining leaders in confidential computing, supported by the expertise of CTOs from these tech giants.

Our talented team of 20 operates from Germany, with our headquarters situated in Bochum, near a prestigious university renowned for its Cybersecurity program. Your Role

As the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team to enhance our marketing presence while being actively involved in daily operations.

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Edgeless Systems, while leading, mentoring, and expanding a cohesive marketing team.
  • Develop clear product messaging for various platforms, including our website, events, and advertisements. Partner with PR to amplify key company narratives.
  • Work alongside design and engineering teams to optimize the Edgeless Systems website for conversion, engaging in activities such as A/B testing, SEO, and copywriting.
  • Create a robust sales pipeline through content marketing, events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Oversee the annual marketing budget.
  • Enhance visibility for confidential computing in sectors such as healthcare, public services, and artificial intelligence.
  • Adapt marketing strategies for international markets, demonstrating comfort in engaging with German, EU, and global companies.
Your Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing an effective marketing funnel and managing a team.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and German (minimum C1 level).
  • In-depth knowledge of the German-speaking market is essential; international marketing experience is advantageous.
  • Extensive background and enthusiasm for B2B marketing of complex technical products.
  • Curiosity or experience in software, cloud, and cybersecurity domains.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Strong ability to craft concise and compelling copy is a significant advantage.
