Your RoleAs the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with our executive team and lead our marketing initiatives while remaining hands-on in our dynamic environment.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Edgeless Systems. Guide, mentor, and develop a cohesive marketing team.
- Create clear product messaging for various platforms, including our website, events, and advertisements. Partner with PR to amplify key company narratives.
- Work alongside design and engineering teams to enhance the Edgeless Systems website for optimal conversions, including A/B testing, SEO, and copywriting efforts.
- Establish a strong sales pipeline through content marketing, events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess marketing effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Oversee the annual marketing budget to ensure strategic allocation of resources.
- Enhance visibility for confidential computing within the healthcare, public sector, and AI industries.
- Adapt marketing strategies for international markets, demonstrating comfort in engaging with German, EU, and global enterprises.
- Demonstrated experience in developing an effective marketing funnel and leading a team.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and German (minimum C1 level).
- In-depth knowledge of the German-speaking market is essential; international marketing experience is a significant advantage.
- Extensive background and enthusiasm for B2B marketing, particularly for complex technical products.
- Curiosity or experience in software, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
- A strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- A talent for crafting concise and engaging copy is highly desirable.
