Head of Marketing

Unser Kunde ist ein mittelständisches Hightech-Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in der Region Berlin, das in seiner Nische zu den Marktführern zählt. Für Kunden in Europa, USA und Asien werden kundenindividuelle Lösungen entwickelt und durch den regionalen Service unterstützt. Um das Produktportfolio des Unternehmens noch stärker in die Sichtbarkeit zu bringen suchen wir eine umsetzungsstarke Marketingleitung.
Ihr wesentlicher Fokus liegt auf der strategischen Positionierung und Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensmarke in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung.
Ihre wesentlichen Aufgaben lassen sich wie folgt zusammenfassen:
- Entwicklung und Konzeptionierung von Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategien
- Auswahl und Steuerung externer Dienstleister, z.B. Agenturen
- Planung aller PR-/Marketing-Aktivitäten
- Hauptverantwortliche Koordination, Weiterentwicklung und Monitoring des weitweiten Corporate Brand Managements (CI)
- Zielgruppengerechte Entwicklung und Umsetzung aller on-/offline Kommunikationskanäle (Direkt-, Content- und Onlinemarketing, Newsletter, Medien, Kampagnen)
- Aufbau eines ganzheitlichen KPI Reporting
- Stetiger weltweiter Market Research zur Ableitung von Trends und Handlungsempfehlungen
- Steuerung zur Erstellung verkaufsunterstützender Kommunikationsmittel für Sales und Service
- Personalführung und Entwicklung
In dieser Rolle suchen wir eine umsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit, die folgende Qualifikationen mitbringt:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing oder eine verwandte Studienrichtung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im operativen und strategischen Marketing, gerne auch mit Agenturerfahrung
- Sicheres Beherrschen der wesentlichen Führungsinstrumente und Managementtechniken
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projekt- und Kampagnensteuerung, agile Methoden von Vorteil
- Zielführender, wertschätzender, vertrauensvoller und motivierender Führungsstil
- Sehr gute zielgruppengerechte Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
