Die GBG Forschungs GmbH ist ein unabhängiges und akademisches Forschungsinstitut (ARO), welches klinische Studienprojekte zur Verbesserung der Therapiemöglichkeiten von Brustkrebs entwickelt, durchführt und auswertet. Zu unseren Kooperationspartnern zählen Unternehmen und Organisationen aus Wissenschaft, Forschung und Industrie. Das Unternehmen mit Sitz in Neu-Isenburg beschäftigt derzeit ca. 140 Mitarbeitende.

Insgesamt wurden bisher über Patienten bei GBG-Studien eingeschlossen. Diese umfassen wichtige akademische Registerstudien bis hin zu internationalen Zulassungsstudien von Medikamenten mit ca. 200 bis 400 Zentren.

Senior Contract Manager (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben
- Hauptansprechpartner für alle auf Studienprojekte bezogenen Verträge: Studienverträge mit Prüfzentren, Sponsorenverträge, Verträge mit externen Dienstleistern, Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarungen
- Koordination der Vertragsverhandlungen in enger Absprache mit der Geschäftsleitung, den GBG-Projektmanagern und den juristischen Beratern
- Führen von Vertragsverhandlungen mit den externen Stakeholdern
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Master Service Agreements, Musterverträgen und anderen Vertragsvorlagen
- Entwicklung von standardisierten Fallback-Positionen und einer internen Eskalationsmatrix für Vertragsverhandlungen
- Bedarfsweise Mitarbeit an studienspezifischen Scopes of Work und Budgets
- Aufbau und Pflege eines Dokumentenmanagementsystems für Verträge
- Erstellung und Betreuung firmeninterner SOPs
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder medizinisches Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in koordinierenden Aufgaben im Rahmen der Durchführung klinischer Studien - vorzugsweise in der Onkologie – beim Sponsor, in einer CRO oder an einem Prüfzentrum
- Idealerweise Expertise und Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement und der Vertragsverhandlung internationaler klinischer Studien mit Arzneimitteln verbunden mit Expertenwissen zu den relevanten juristischen Themen wie ArbnErfG, Intellectual Property, Datenschutz, Haftungsabgrenzung, Fair Market Value, etc.
- Kenntnis der regulatorischen Grundlagen wie ICH-GCP, EU536/2014 und AMG
- Ausgeprägte professionelle Kommunikationsstärke in der Teamarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
