Gestalte die Zukunft der Bildung mit uns – als Chief of Staff to CEO (m/w/d) der IU Internationale Hochschule. Unterstütze unser Team ab sofort/nach Absprache in Vollzeit, remote oder an einem Standort Deiner Wahl, und trage entscheidend zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Als rechte Hand des CEO bist Du eng in eine Vielzahl von strategischen und operativen Aufgaben der IU eingebunden.
  • Du planst, steuerst und realisierst eigenständig spannende Projekte, immer in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem C-Level und Senior Management.
  • Du optimierst kontinuierlich unsere internen Prozesse und trägst so zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Profitabilität bei.
  • Mit ebenso viel Tatendrang unterstützt Du uns auch bei kleineren Aufgaben wie der Vorbereitung interner Kommunikation, der Erstellung von Präsentationen und der Schnittstellenkoordination.
  • Du arbeitest eng und auf Augenhöhe mit dem Management und den relevanten Stakeholdern zusammen. Wir fördern Deine persönliche Entwicklung und legen gemeinsam mit Dir Deinen persönlichen Entwicklungsplan fest.
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über einschlägige und nachweisbare Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld einer renommierten Strategieberatung (z.B. als Associate oder Fellow).
  • Ein sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium (Promotion von Vorteil).
  • Die zentralen Erfolgsfaktoren für E-Commerce und digitale Unternehmen sind Dir bestens vertraut.
  • Dein Customer-First- und Growth-Mindset treibt Dich täglich an, Neues zu lernen und Altes zu hinterfragen. Du strebst nach Höchstleistungen für Dich und Dein Umfeld und wirst schnell zum kompetenten Ansprechpartner im Unternehmen.
  • Bürokratie liegt Dir genauso wenig wie uns. Schnelligkeit und effiziente Prozesse in einem agilen Umfeld sind Dir ebenso wichtig
  • Du bringst einen ausgeprägten Business-Sense mit und Deine überdurchschnittlichen analytischen Fähigkeiten helfen Dir, unsere Unternehmenszusammenhänge schnell zu durchdringen und die effektivsten Optimierungshebel zu setzen.
  • Du bist sehr kommunikativ und hast Freude daran, mit vielen Menschen gemeinsam Großes zu erreichen.
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss, Englisch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
  • Begeisterung für das Thema KI und seine vielfältigen Einsatzmöglichkeiten.
