Deine Aufgaben

  • Mit Deinem Gespür für Kundenwünsche und unternehmerischen Fingerspitzengefühl pflegst Du die Beziehungen zu den deutschen Tochtergesellschaften wichtiger Business-Banking-Kunden aus dem internationalen Portfolio der ING und akquirierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im KMU- / MidCorp-Segment. So hältst Du uns aktiv auf Wachstumskurs.
  • Im Zusammenspiel mit Deinen Kolleg*innen, den Produkt- und Kundendienstteams sorgst Du für bestmögliche Kundenbetreuung und -beratung und kümmerst Dich darum, dass immer die passenden Produkte und Services für Deine Kunden parat stehen.
  • Klar, dass Du Dich auch mit den ING Relationship Managern der Muttergesellschaften in anderen Ländern intensiv austauschst.
  • Für Dein Kundenportfolio hast Du die Renditen jederzeit auf Deinem Radar, analysierst Trends und leitest daraus Vorschläge ab, wie wir unser Wachstumspotenzial noch besser ausschöpfen können.
  • Im Hintergrund behältst Du zusammen mit unserem Management, dem Risiko-Management und Deinen Kolleg*innen aus KYC genau im Blick, dass unser Portfolio risikotechnisch sauber bleibt und alle regulatorischen Vorgaben erfüllt.
  • Bei alldem arbeitest Du nicht nur fachlich 1A, sondern überzeugst auch mit Deiner Persönlichkeit auf ganzer Linie: Wie wir lebst Du eine Kultur der Zusammenarbeit, Inklusivität und Kundenorientierung, förderst Wissensaustausch, Innovation und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrene*r Banker*in, idealerweise mit abgeschlossenem Studium (z. B. Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Management, Recht)
  • Mehrjährige Praxis im Vertrieb mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Erfahrung darin, Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und zu erfüllen
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Business-Banking-Produkten, insbesondere im Bereich Kreditvergabe, Know-how und Erfahrungen im KYC- und regulatorischen Umfeld
  • IT- / digitalaffin, unternehmerische Denkweise und Innovationsfreude
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Internationales Mindset mit kultureller Sensibilität und Spaß daran, in einem multikulturellen Umfeld zu agieren
  • Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um effektiv in einem Umfeld mit vielen Interessengruppen zu koordinieren
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
