Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
  • Primärer Ansprechpartner für Endkunden im Enterprise Segment für alle technisch relevanten Themen
  • Proaktives Management der zugewiesenen Accounts sowie Koordinierung und Monitoring der Bearbeitung von Anfragen
  • Installation, Implementierung sowie Migration von ESET-Produkten sowie technische Beratung rund um das ESET Produktportfolio
  • Analyse von komplexen Umgebungen hinsichtlich Optimierungsmöglichkeiten und Schwachstellen und umfangreiche Beratung von Kunden zu IT-Security-Themen
  • Proaktive Kundenkommunikation über produktrelevanten Veränderungen
  • Dokumentation der technisch relevanten Themen im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten
  • Projekt- und Eskalationsmanagement
Das bringst Du mit:
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium der Informatik, IT-Forensik oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld sowie Berufserfahrung im IT Umfeld (mindestens fünf Jahre)
  • Erweitertes Verständnis über Server- sowie Netzwerkarchitektur
