Holidu is a leading travel tech company that's revolutionizing the way people book and host holiday homes. As a Technical Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional experiences for our guests and partners.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the DACH region, partnering with major clients to drive revenue growth and optimize their experience on our platform.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across your portfolio, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and lead new projects or initiatives to solve customer pain points and improve the guest experience, leveraging data and metrics to inform your decisions.
  • Manage technical integrations of new and existing partners through API integrations, ensuring high-quality data and performance.
  • Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, Looker, Zendesk, and Kibana to manage projects, investigate incidents, and drive improvements.

Your Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in business or partner development, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with German (C1 level) required.
