Profil
  • Steuerung aller (inter-)nationalen kommerziellen und finanziellen Belange eines Key Accounts der Business Unit International Corporate Clients, sowie aller Rentabilitäts- und Leistungskennzahlen
  • Steuerung und Verbesserung der Maßnahmen/KPIs/Margen für Kunden-, Kategorien- und Lieferantenrentabilität inkl. Überwachung und Implementierung von kfm. Optimierungen
  • Bereitstellung von Managementinformationen wie monatliche Finanzberichte für eine verbesserte kommerzielle Entscheidungsfindung
  • Führung der kommerziellen Entwicklung des Key Accounts
  • Beaufsichtigung und Durchführung monatlicher kaufmännischer Leistungsbesprechungen mit verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern und Gesellschaften
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Key Accounts
  • Planung und Forecasting der Account Finanzzahlen
  • Überwachung der Working Capital Kennzahlen und Forderungsmanagement
  • Enger Austausch mit allen Stakeholdern (u.a. Kunde, Operative, Key Account Management, Vertrieb, Einkauf sowie externe Partner). Aufbau und Pflege enger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Vertragsmanagement inkl. Verhandlung von Neuverträgen und Vertragsänderungen
  • Mitarbeiterführung & -entwicklung
  • Unterstützung strategischer Wachstumsinitiativen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen für die BU-Leitung

Wir bieten
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finance / Controlling / Business Administration / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnlich
  • Führungserfahrung sowie Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Finance (Forderungsmanagement, CashFlow Analyse, Liquiditätsplanung etc.) sowie im Vertrags- und Verhandlungsmanagement ist wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Facility Management
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office, QlikView sowie Navision
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
