ASSISTANT SCIENTIST ORGANIC SYNTHESIS (M/W/D)

Die Novaled GmbH ist als Forschungs
- und Entwicklungsunternehmen weltweit führender Anbieter spezieller Chemikalien für den Einsatz in organischen Leuchtdioden (OLED). Die Produkte Novaleds finden sich in den meisten AMOLED Displays wieder, dazu gehören z.B. Smartphones, TVs und Smartwatches. Novaleds Hauptanteilseigner ist Samsung SDI.
**IHRE AUFGABEN**:
Zur Verstärkung unseres Material R&D Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Assistant Scientist (m/w/d). Das Arbeitsgebiet umfasst die routinemäßige Bereitstellung von organischen und metallorganischen Synthesen im Labormaßstab. Dieses teilt sich wie folgt auf:
**70% Laborarbeit mit folgenden Schwerpunkten**:
- Selbständige Synthese und Aufreinigung organischer / metallorganischer Verbindungen nach Projektvorgaben, einschließlich der zugehörigen Dokumentation und Datenanalyse
- Mithilfe und Unterstützung bei der Reinigung von Glaswaren und der allgemeinen Ordnung im Labor
- Assistenz und Unterstützung im Labor durch Übernahme zusätzlicher Verantwortlichkeiten gemäß "Material R&D Responsibilities" in der jeweils aktuellen Fassung.
**30% Büroarbeit mit folgenden Schwerpunkten**:
- Literaturrecherchen und Entwicklung von Synthesewegen
- Erstellung von RnD relevanten Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessen
- Übernahme von Unternehmens
- / geschäftsrelevanten Teilprojekten
**IHR PROFIL**:
- Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss im Bereich der organischen Chemie.
- Erste Berufserfahrung auf den Gebieten der organischen oder metallorganischen Synthese ist wünschenswert.
- Sie zeichnen sich als eine teamorientierte Persönlichkeit aus, arbeiten proaktiv, sorgfältig und eigenständig.
- Zudem wenden Sie MS-Office routiniert an und verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Level).
