**Was Dich erwartet**:

- Strategische und konzeptionelle Beratung unserer Kund:innen aus dem öffentlichen Sektor insbesondere auf der Ebene der Bundesverwaltung
- Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungsportfolios im Public Bereich
- Eigenverantwortliche Akquisition sowie signifikanter Beitrag zum weiteren Ausbau des Kienbaum Geschäftsfeldes Public Sector
- Du bist Mitglied des Management Teams Public & Health Care und führst ein Beraterteam
- Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Beratungs-Practices von Kienbaum in unterschiedlichsten Schnittstellen der Themen "People & Organisation"

**Was uns wichtig ist**:

- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Marktbearbeitungserfahrung, ein sehr gutes Netzwerk und etablierten Kundenstamm und zeichnest Dich durch ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, einen teamorientierten Arbeitsstil sowie eine hohe Einsatz
- und Reisebereitschaft aus
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Managing Consultant in einer namhaften Managementberatung im Bereich Public mit
- Du verfügst über ein kaufmännisches, geistes-/ sozialwissenschaftliches Master
- oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Du bist eine offene Persönlichkeit, trittst überzeugend und souverän auf und besitzt ausgezeichnete analytische und methodische Fähigkeiten und erkennst bzw. nutzt Chancen am Markt, in Projekten und bei Kund:innen
- Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir für unsere Projektarbeit voraus
