HR Project Management Intern

Als Praktikant - HR Digital Transformation (m/w/d) bei Hellmann Worldwide Logistics findest Du die perfekten Bedingungen, um wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld zu sammeln. Diese Position bietet Dir die Möglichkeit, Teil einer spannenden HR-Transformationsreise zu sein. Gemeinsam mit Deinen Kollegen gestaltest Du die Implementierung, den Rollout und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Workday HCM Suite als führendes und zukunftsweisendes HR-System bei Hellmann weltweit. Du bist Teil des Global HR Teams und arbeitest sehr eng in einem interdisziplinären Team mit Kolleg*innen der IT sowie während des Rollouts mit dem Projektteam des Implementierungspartners zusammen.
Leite eigene Arbeitspakete im Bereich Projektmanagement, Schulung und Support und bringe Deine Ideen ein.
Unterstütze verschiedene Teams und Themen im Rahmen des Workday HCM Implementierungsprojekts und erweitere Dein Netzwerk.
Du verfügst über gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
