About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Global HR Intern to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a Global HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our international HR projects and collaborating with our global team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in organizing workshops and strategic HR meetings
  • Contribute to communication measures and HR marketing concepts
  • Develop international personnel and eLearning concepts
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops
  • Assist in administrative tasks and observe training sessions and meetings
Requirements:
  • Degree in business psychology, business administration, or related fields
  • Theoretical knowledge in personnel and organizational development
  • Previous experience in personnel work
  • Independent, creative, with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English
