Key Responsibilities:
- Assist recruiters with applicant management, including scheduling interviews
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from candidates and external partners via phone and email
- Manage the central email inbox for our department
- Participate in both active and passive candidate sourcing to fill open positions
- Contribute to daily operations and various projects
Your Profile:
- Pursuing a degree in business administration, social sciences, business psychology with a focus on human resources and/or marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Proficient in IT and skilled in MS Office applications
