Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in international HR projects, taking ownership of specific work packages.
  • Aid in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of workshops and strategic HR meetings.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of communication strategies.
  • Support the formulation of HR marketing strategies.
  • Develop international personnel development frameworks.
  • Design and produce eLearning modules.
  • Participate in global training sessions and workshops.
  • Assist with administrative tasks.
  • Observe training sessions, workshops, and HR meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business psychology, business administration, organizational psychology with a focus on human resources, intercultural psychology, or a related field.
  • Possess theoretical knowledge in personnel development and organizational development.
  • Have initial practical experience in HR functions.
  • Enjoy working independently and creatively.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and possess good English language skills.
