Job Summary:

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global HR Intern to join our team. As a Global HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our HR team in various international projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement international HR projects and initiatives.
  • Support the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of workshops and strategic HR meetings.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of communication measures to promote our company culture and values.
  • Assist in the creation of HR marketing concepts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Contribute to the design and creation of eLearning courses to enhance employee development.
  • Participate in international training courses and workshops to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Support administrative activities related to HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business psychology, business administration, or a related field with a focus on human resources, intercultural psychology, or a comparable field of study.
  • Theoretical knowledge in the field of personnel development, personnel, and organizational development.
  • Initial practical experience in personnel work.
  • Ability to work independently and creatively.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and organizational talent.
  • Good MS Office and English skills.
