Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and closing new business opportunities with Enterprise clients in Switzerland and Germany. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and maximizing sales revenue through effective business development strategies

Managing a pipeline of revenue and activity, ensuring profitable growth

Assisting with RFPs, tenders, and proposals

Developing sales skills, market knowledge, and best practices to achieve targets

Accessing C-Level and Director-level contacts within client accounts and target prospects

Generating leads through outbound prospecting and responding to inbound leads

Positioning Acolad solutions and services to meet client needs

Implementing sales and pipeline-building market strategies

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales development and closing deals Native German speaker with proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a strong plus Experience in the language industry is highly desirable Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to build effective relationships and deliver compelling presentations Account mapping, planning, and management skills Understanding of competitors, unique selling points, and commercial awareness
