Shopfloor Manager Cable Production
We are searching for a Shopfloor Manager Cable Production at our HANNOVER (DE01) facility.
Main mission of the role
The main purpose of this role is to lead the manufacturing location andensure that factory operations meet the stated objectives cascaded from
company strategy, to contribute to Operations demand/supply planning
process with selected product areas within one factory, to plan and to
administer procedures and budgets and to make budgetary
recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, controls capital
expenditures in direct labor.
Responsibilities
To lead the manufacturing activities to ensure that factory operations meet thestated objectives cascaded Build and maintain a capable and motivated team to deliver on quality, cost and
performance targets Ensure a factory active towards continuous improvement and best practice sharing Develop the role and mission of the factory according to company strategy and
execute the local plans Local management of Material Execution team to ensure raw and accessories
availability, coordinated with Global Material Execution SOP & Demand Planning Volume plan by Factory Industrialization roadmaps BU portfolio development

Education degree: Master in Engineering and / or MBA Technical skills: experience in operations (production, supply chain, engineering, quality management) Applies lean principles and six sigma tools Strong financial and business management experience and insights Lead Capex projects Years of experience: 8 Years, min 3 Yeras of plant panagement Language skills: German/Englisch advanced About RFS
